By accessing or using Korean Journey ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Korean Journey is a language learning application that provides interactive lessons, quizzes, practice games, and spaced repetition tools to help users learn the Korean language.
You may create an account using email or Google Sign-In, or use the App as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account.

All content provided in the App, including lessons, quizzes, images, and audio, is owned by Sakura App Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce App content without permission.
You retain ownership of any notes, bookmarks, or content you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process this content to provide the service.
Certain features may require a premium subscription or in-app purchase. Prices and billing terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store's policies (Google Play Store).
The App may display advertisements provided by third parties (Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses. We are not responsible for any data loss or device damage resulting from your use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sakura App Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & Account → Delete Account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
